As business grew, they branched into plumbing and heating services as well, opened a second location in Chippewa Falls Wisconsin and changed the company name to Bohl & Proulx, Inc. In 1987, the three retired and sold their business to family employees. Steve Bohl, Ted Bowe and Don Proulx took over the company on January 1, 1987 naming the company now headquartered in Chippewa Falls to Bohl & Proulx Plumbing, Inc. The company had grown from a well pump service to a full service plumbing company. Since 2012, Jeff Bowe is the owner of the third generation family-owned and operated company.
